It applies specifically to mobile phone numbers and text message data, and does not cover other aspects of insurance applications or policy underwriting, which are governed separately by Farmers Insurance.
We collect your mobile phone number when you provide it to request an insurance quote, service an existing policy, schedule an appointment, or otherwise opt in to receive text messages from this program.
Your phone number is used solely to send you messages related to your insurance quotes, active policies, appointment reminders, and service requests. It is not used for any purpose unrelated to your relationship with this agency.
No mobile information, including phone numbers or opt in consent, will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be shared with SMS or texting service providers strictly to facilitate delivery of messages on our behalf. This limited exception does not apply to text messaging originator opt in data or consent, which is never shared with any third party for any reason.
Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent or received under this program, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
We retain your phone number and message history for as long as needed to service your insurance quotes and policies, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
